Important Information
Colonics or "colonic hydrotherapy" is a self-administered non-medical hygienic modality.
We are interested in assisting clients get to causes of problems--not merely providing the opportunity to wash out the colon.
We have a licensed health care practitioner available to take a complete health history. We provide nutritional counseling, nutritional and toxicity testing and herbal as well as homeopathic remedies.
All clients need to consult with their MD (physician) prior to having colonics.
Colonics at The St. Mary Institute are not administered by our staff. Orientation to our equipment is provided.
Some types of high flow colonics require a physician's prescription. For these colonics, it is the client's responsibility to obtain it.
